YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS

École Internationale Le Verseau is subsidised by the French Community of Belgium, free for all to join and enrolment is not dependent on membership of Les Amis du Verseau or participation in the Verseau Sports, Arts & Langues programmes.

Contributions to Les Amis du Verseau are the lifeblood of the ability for the school to provide an enhanced learning experience and environment for the children.

Membership fees are the core of these contributions and are gratefully received by the Association which channels all funds received to the school and its supporting partners in the form of donations. The school and partners in turn, determine the allocation of the budgets for the various facilities, activities and projects.

Although the Association does not determine the specific appropriation of the funds, this is always undertaken in line with the foundational values and vision for the school.

SPONSORING MEMBERS

Sponsoring Members provide a voluntary contribution towards the enhanced curriculum activities of Ecole Internationale Le Verseau funded by Les Amis du Verseau. The subscription fee guidelines below are based upon ‘per child sponsored’ reflecting the costs of providing the additional activities amortised across each of the school sections for every pupil.

GUARDIAN MEMBERS

Guardian Membership of Les Amis du Verseau is offered to individuals and businesses wishing to support the ongoing legacy of the school. Our Guardians are predominantly parents who appreciate the benefit from the enhanced educational experiences that, through partners such as VSAL, Les Amis provide for all children at Le Verseau. Guardians often continue to contribute even after their children leave the school and, indeed, many Guardians are former pupils who wish to participate in safeguarding its heritage for future generations.

N.B. Sponsoring Members and Guardian Members are referred to as Adherent Members under the statute of the ASBL.
